Prointer supported young innovators from RS
Young innovators from several high schools in Republika Srpska have been delighted by the jury at the Novosadski Tesla festival. A smart clock, apprenticeship applications, robotic fists and a solar dryer are just some of the papers that students have exhibited. Aleksandar Ostojic says he has kept his papers in the house for two years and has just recently decided to show them to others. Bijeljina high school is most proud of the robotic hand, which, he says, can also be used for medical purposes.
"I wrote an application on the computer that has the role of manipulating a serial port, sending wireless data and managing a robotic fist. The basic roles of a robotic hand are the transfer of some items in industrial systems from a certain coordinate to another," says Aleksandar Spasojević.
Ivan and Djordje are also proud because they have found a way to help other students to better master the school material. The students from Mrkonjić Grad made the first application that explains the complicated world of chemistry. Similarly, only with musical notes, the Banja Luka high school students were also doing.
"The application is made in virtually expanded reality, enabling students to better understand these molecule and atomic models how they work and how they will better understand the world of chemistry," says Ivana Perić.
"Here you have had the opportunity to see an app called we're a gang of amateur guitar players who do not have enough developed hearing ability to recognize the tones of a song they hear on the podium or otherwise. And this application through them through an interactive quiz helps to gain the ability to listen and to do something on the Internet or to compose something on their own, "explains Đorđe Joldžić.
Professors and mentors on the students only have praise. They help, they say, how much they can, but mostly the students work independently.
"Well, people can focus on some other courses or camps where they can learn something, to allow them to go there. They are going to the second year, and before they are gone, a group of students is coming to Banja Luka every time they have camps. They just want to learn, are not forced, that's not something they have to, "said professor and mentor Nataša Roljić.
Like every year, the Tesla Fest is led by the Federation of Inaugurators of Republika Srpska. However, it would be difficult to realize that there was no B & H IT company "Prointer", which financed the departure and stay of young innovators and their mentors in Novi Sad and Belgrade.
Young innovators, high school students from Republika Srpska, after several hours exhibiting their work to the jury, decided to continue their visit to Novi Sad while awaiting the results.
After the exhibitions, daggers and professors visited Petrovaradin Fortress in Novi Sad. Tesla Fest began on October 12, when Nikola Tesla first filed a patent application with the US Patent Office. A professional jury tomorrow should make a decision on who will win medals.
