Implementation of SAP - The Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska

We offer our customers assistance in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of solutions from a broad portfolio of products including SAP ERP solution for public and energy sectors, CRM and BI. For our client, the Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska, we have implemented the SAP TRM Module - Tax and Revenue Management - Public Sector, together with the SAP CRM module - Customer Relationship Management, as well as module modules, SAP PSCD (Public Sector Collections and Disbursements) and SAP BI Business Intelligence)

Implementation has entailed a focus on the online filing of tax returns and electronic submission of acts taxpayers to increase tax collection through automation and optimization of processes in the Tax Administration. The implementation of SAP solutions in the RS Tax Administration resulted in better and more efficient collection of taxes.

Record of unemployed persons and intermediation

The Project Implementation Software for the Register of Unemployed Persons and Employers for the Employment Service is currently under warranty. As a platform for this project, we used Microsoft Dynamics 365. The system covers all elements of work with unemployed persons (registration on the record, the creation of Individual Employment Plan, realized rights of unemployed persons, regular reporting to the bureau, certificates etc.). The solution facilitates the operation of the Institute, the records are more orderly and the care of the unemployed is simpler and improved. In addition to the register of unemployed persons, the system enables employers records, data on labor market needs and covers the complete process of matching supply and demand.

So far, CRM solutions have been viewed exclusively as solutions for sales companies in our market, and with this example, we have shown that Dynamics 365 can be used for any legal entity that wants to improve its relationship with its clients. For this project, our company also received a prestigious award from Microsoft B&H as the Partner of the Year for the Business App implementation

Implementation of CheckPoint Next-Generation Firewall NGFW - MTEL

Implementation of Enterprise CheckPoint NGFW security solutions at the locations of the MTEL Data Center in Banja Luka.

With this solution, MTEL redundant firewalls in their data centers enable high availability of their services to the Internet, as well as prevention of security incidents that can endanger the operation of IT infrastructure of MTEL.

Data Center and LAN network - University Clinical Center of Republic of Srpska

Implementation of the LAN layer based on Cisco layer 2 and layer 3 switches, high availability with minimum 10 Gbps gaps, integration with High Availability Data Center with solutions based on Cisco Nexus Data Center Switches and DC Firewalls.

With this solution, UKC RS has a stable and high bandwidth network that meets the requirements of modern health care institutions

Video conference system – Electric Utility of Republic of Srpska

Cisco telepresence solution implemented at the locations of Banja Luka and Trebinje enables free video calls between the company's headquarters, and maintenance of presentations regardless of where they are held.

This solution brings significant savings in terms of travel costs, as well as the time it takes to hold regular meetings.

LAN and WAN network - RS Employment Office

A solution based on Cisco redundant core switches, where the ZZZ RS departments and branches are connected to a central location with redundant routers via DMVPN.

In this way, high accessibility and unimpeded access to the central location is ensured, which enables high availability of services offered by the ZZZ RS to the citizens.

Implementation of IP Telephony - Post of Srpska

The solution is based on the Cisco Unifiled Communication Manager CUCM, which provides highly accessible and reliable IP telephony, which can be used by employees in Post of Srpska.

With this solution, significant cost savings can be achieved through cost control and free internal communication.
