From the first day until today, our vision has remained the same - we always offer our clients the best business solutions. In accordance with that vision, we have developed the company, investing in its staff and cooperating with the world's biggest names in the IT industry, says Gordana Kovačević, director of Prointer ITSS, a member of Infinity International Group. The highest partner statuses with giants such as Microsoft, SAP, HPE, Cisco, Hyland, Checkpoint, Vmware, VEEAM, Lenovo, Dell, did not "fall from the sky" and are the result of large investments in all capacities. That is why the company today has 170 employees, of which almost 80 percent are highly educated, who with their knowledge and enthusiasm can be equal competitors on the world market.

Is educated and quality staff also the main condition for cooperation and partnerships you are talking about?

It certainly is, because in order to cooperate with the names I mentioned, the minimum condition is competence. Therefore, from the first day, we tried to provide the best possible staff available to us and to invest in the education of each employee. Speaking in numbers, our employees today have more than 300 internationally recognized certificates, relating to Cisco, HPE, Microsoft, SAP, Hyland, as well as Checkpoint competencies. Such a status is a guarantee of the quality of services on the basis of which you will both gain and retain a client. That is why we managed to do every job and every business solution extremely professionally, at the same time investing in the project and the client. The IT industry everywhere in the world works like this - you can't get anything without serious investments, which are a big item in every contract.

Are there enough quality staff in our area? How do you get to them?

As far as this industry is concerned, there are almost no ready-made staff on the market. It is usually necessary to educate and direct someone from the faculty or someone with at least a little operational experience and make a finished product out of it, and the minimum investment is two years. Some people need five years for stable, completely independent and quality work. That says enough about how much companies that are relatively young need to invest in order to get their investment back. In addition to education and, of course, salaries, you must constantly give technical challenges to experts in our industry, because most of them have the right motivation only if you provide them with the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and constantly progress.

What does all this mean to end users or clients?

First of all, it means that you, as a user of our service, have no dilemma whether these are good and reliable solutions. If you know that Prointer has, for example, HPE Gold solution status when it comes to solutions for complex systems, as well as Gold status with giants such as Microsoft, Dell and Veeam, or Premier status with Cisco, the world's largest brand when in When it comes to communication equipment, and not to mention everything else, then you are sure that as a client you get the best. We also managed to achieve Silver status with the American company Hyland, whose solutions in the field of software and applications are in the upper quadrant of Gartner's list. This means that it is a company whose solutions meet all standards in terms of security, functionality, professionalism, knowledge and portfolio breadth. For example, in Europe, you will be able to count on the fingers of one hand the companies that have reached the level of cooperating with them, that is, to adequately implement their solutions. I think that speaks best to the level we have reached.

Do your customers recognize that?

They recognize, because we have invested in them with every project, in order to use the solution they took in the best and highest quality way. For example, by implementing a solution from the German SAP, with which we also have the status of Gold Partner, the market or stock market value of your company grows. That is why SAP solutions are the ones that are most often used in complex systems, in production, distribution, transport, automotive industry and all over the world. Dealing with geospatial solutions, we again relied on the best - the company Esri, which is the world's largest brand in this field, and we managed to develop our solutions and products on that platform. One of the biggest recognitions of the company is that its solutions are accepted, usable and useful in every sense of the word.

What is the most important thing you would "recognize"?

A lot of what we did was significant and useful. Unfortunately, sometimes such projects are also the subject of politicization in public, but it quickly becomes clear how unfounded it was. For example, the eBaby project was a complete success, and it is the result of our own work and development. Now it is used by all hospitals and there are no children and parents who cannot get all the necessary information in a few clicks. It is similar with smart solutions in public lighting that control energy consumption, to smart solutions for parking lots that we have implemented in Banja Luka - so these are all things that help every person. Also, we are especially proud of the SAP solutions in the RS Tax Administration that have improved not only their business, but also the status of their clients. We have invested a lot of effort and work, because this is a specific solution, perhaps in the whole of Europe. It was extremely challenging and demanding for our engineers, but we came up with a solution that, without any modesty, we can offer anywhere in the environment.

Are there any other similar solutions planned?

We are currently working on the project of introducing the entire information system in the company Sume Republike Srpske, and this is a kind of solution that we could call "turnkey". So, it is a DMS and ERP system, with server and network infrastructure, which means that the company will soon have a modern information system that will enable monitoring of all data from the entire business. Also, with the delegation of the European Union in BiH, we are working on a large project for the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH. There are many projects that we work on every day, from our own software solutions to the implementation of solutions from global companies, and we have reached all this with our knowledge, experience and quality.
