Responsibilities:

• Installation, adjustment and maintenance of server and storage systems;
• Installation, adjustment and maintenance of the backup system;
• Monitoring of server, storage and backup systems;
• Creation of backup copies in case of data loss, creation of backup procedures and jobs;
• Integration of servers, storage and backup systems with monitoring systems;
• System planning - conceptual solutions, specification of equipment and capacity;
• Installation of Windows server operating systems and Hyper-V environments;
• Installation, setup and maintenance of VMware environment;
• Installation, adjustment and maintenance of the cluster environment;
• Ensuring High availability solutions;
• Installs, configures and maintains various software services such as e-mail server, Active Directory server, security breach detection and prevention systems;
• Preparation of technical solutions and specifications;
• Creation of user instructions for the needs of clients in the part of delivered services;
• Participation in the activities of the sales sector in order to offer the best possible solution to clients;
• Creation of reports for management and direct superiors;
• Analysis of the needs of users and companies and suggests the best solutions;
• Creation and constant improvement of procedures for maintenance and installation of equipment from the domain of maintenance;
• Research and recommendation of innovative and automated solutions to increase the efficiency of equipment administration;
• Induction and teaching/mentoring of lower level specialists.

Qualifications:

• Bachaler's degree of Electrical Engineering or a related faculty;
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in system technologies;
• Experience in the fields of Windows servers, virtualization, domain systems, and other generic Microsoft system technologies (file share, SQL, etc.);
• Experience in the fields of Linux servers;
• Knowledge of Internet technologies such as IP, TCP, UDP, DNS and related applications such as HTTP and VPNs;
• Experience in working in virtual environments;
• Professional certificates in the field of system Microsoft technologies (MCSE) and virtualization VMware environment (VCP) and preferably Linux technology (LPIC-1, LPIC-2, LPIC-3);
• Desirable knowledge of scripting languages;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Willingness for continuous learning and improvement;
• Propensity for teamwork;
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills;
• Driving license B category.
