Recruitment and selection of candidates

In the process of selection we are trying to recognize the potential and quality for new candidates as key factors for future growth and development. The selection of candidates takes place in several rounds. In the first round of the selection we are analyzing job applications, resumes and cover letters that we get from the candidates.

In the other circles of selection we are trying to get the most relevant information from multiple sources about the candidates that we include in the selection process. In the selection process, you can expect:

  • Psychological testing which involves assessing the personality of the candidates and their skills
  • Interviews based on the competence of candidates
  • Individual and team case studies ,role playing ,through which we are trying to assess the skills that are important to our business environment (communication skills ,ability to solve complex problems ,teamwork ,innovation)

Zadaci:

  • Instalacija, konfiguracija, monitorisanje i sistemska administracija SAP rešenja
  • Sprovođenje post-instalacionih aktivnosti
  • Instalacija add-on softverskih komponenti
  • Upgrade SAP sistema, primena patch-eva i SAP Note-a
  • Administracija i monitorisanje MsSQL, Oracle baza podataka i HANA
  • Upravljanje transport menadžment sistemom
  • Održavanje korisničkih naloga i upravljanje autorizacijama
  • Kreiranje i monitorisanje pozadinskih procesa
  • Definisanje i instalacija Disaster Recovery procedura

Uslovi za kandidate:

  • VII -1 stepen stručne spreme
  • Minimim 2 godine iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima
  • Iskustvo u radu sa bazama podataka: Oracle, MS SQL Server i HANA
  • Poznavanje poslovnih procesa
  • Poznavanje OS Windows ili Unix
  • Visok stepen poznavanja rada na računaru
  • Odlično znanje engleskog jezika

Zadaci:

  • Razvijanje, dizajniranje, testiranje i kodiranje komleksnih programa za SAP module koristeći ABAP programski jezik
  • Izrađivanje izveštaja pomoću alata SmartForms, SapScript, Adobe Forms
  • Dizajniranje, testiranje i otklanjanje grešaka u radu vezanih za implementaciju, unapređenje (enhancements) SAP modula
  • Obavljanje sistemske analize, pružanje tehničke pomoći i obuke programera nižeg nivoa u timu, praćenje njihovog napretka
  • Definisanje složenih tehničkih zahteva za tekuće održavanje sistema i buduće funkcionalnosti
  • Pripremanje detaljanog plana tehničke dokumentacije uključujući specifikacije, testiranje planova i testiranje podataka

Uslovi za kandidate:

  • VII -1 stepen stručne spreme (poželjno tehničko usmerenje)
  • Minimim 2 godine iskustva u ABAP programiranju u SAP okruženju
  • Iskustvo u radu sa bazama podataka: Oracle, MS SQL Server i HANA
  • Poznavanje poslovnih procesa
  • Poznavanje OS Windows ili Unix
